People who have been single for too long

People who have been single for too long are the hardest to love. They have become so used to being single, independent and self-sufficient that it takes something extraordinary to convince them that they need you in their life.

I choose to be single because I’m not desperate be in a relationship.

In a relationship, honesty and trust must exist. If they don’t, there’s no point of loving. So if you can’t afford to be honest, stay single!!

Being single is a good feeling, no drama or heartaches. On the other hand, it gets lonely and you miss that feeling of being taken.

“The trouble is not that I am single and likely to stay single, but that I am lonely and likely to stay lonely.”

― Charlotte Brontë

“If you truly want to be respected by people you love, you must prove to them that you can survive without them.”

― Michael Bassey Johnson,

“Hope for love, pray for love, wish for love, dream for love…but don’t put your life on hold waiting for love.”

― Mandy Hale

“Single is no longer a lack of options – but a choice. A choice to refuse to let your life be defined by your relationship status but to live every day Happily and let your Ever After work itself out.”

― Mandy Hale,

  1. The first sentence is worded WAY wrong. There’s no such thing as being single for “too long”, and we are not the hardest to love. We’re just the hardest to hook into a relationship. Terrible choice of words.

  2. I find that rhetoric/comment to be completely ridiculous and
    total nonsense.
The statement that implies that single people are harder to love is a bunch of BS, where did that distorted statement
    come from.
There are so many people out there like myself
    who are single
    and ‘not’ desperate,
Purposely now making honest choices that will proves to be a beneficial factor in our personal life. With a clear conscience I definitely know what I want. That being said, is a
King fit for a King, a relationship/ partnership:
    I love hard

  3. Love doesn’t think about time, age and distance it doesn’t require time and the amount of time spent.
